Accommodations

Grab a few writing friends and reserve one of the B&B cabins or reserve one of our smaller hotel style rooms at the CRS Conference Center that accommodate up to 3 adults.

Cabins

The Burford Cabin is made up of half of an 1800’s dogtrot home moved to French Camp from West Point, Mississippi. This cabin is handicap accessible with a ramp leading up to the porch for easy access. The downstairs offers a king bed, kitchenette, and comfortable sitting/dining area, plus a cozy electric fireplace and large bathroom. Upstairs, there’s a comfy loft with two twin beds. Occupancy for up to four people, handicap accessible.

The B&B Junior Cabin. In 1990, a second cottage was restored and relocated behind the original inn. Constructed from the wood of several 1800’s buildings, it has quite the appeal with its dark log walls and wood floors. Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy sitting area complete with a sofa bed, a dining area, a kitchenette, and a full bath. Upstairs is a bathroom and two bedrooms furnished with two twin beds and one full bed. Occupancy for up to six people.

The Carriage House is a newer building built on the site of an 1880’s cabin and still features the original fireplace. While you’re here, take a moment to look at planter Greenwood Leflore’s carriage displayed on the front side of the house. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious living room with a sofa bed, along with a full kitchen and dining area. Also downstairs there is a full bath and a spacious bedroom with a king bed. A stacked washer and dryer provide extra convenience. Upstairs is a comfortable loft with a queen bed. Occupancy for up to six people.

Hotel-Style Rooms

Each of our hotel style rooms has a private bath, one full-sized bed, and one set of bunk beds. These rooms are located at the nearby Camp of the Rising Son Conference Center.
